host (Rebecca) was very friendly and
accommodating. We loved the cottage - it was
warm, cosy and had everything we needed. Our son
loved the piglets next door and it was an easy
walk to the town. Sitting on the deck having a
wine in the sun was a highlight! - Anna

lovely spot, warm and cosy place to stay during
a chilly early Sept. Everything supplied that we
could possibly need. Welcomed by Rebecca, Harry,
and the pigs, love the history, very inspiring.
Have already recommended to friends travelling
there in summer. - Kathy S
thought the cottage was a beautiful spot to
escape to. Rebecca set up a wee room for our
toddler and also put some toys out for her too.
The cottage had everything we needed and the gas
central heating was a welcome treat on a cold
weekend. Peace and quiet and views out over the
farmland! - Jackie M
cottage is great, I definitely recommend it to
anyone who is looking for a country cottage
which is still close to cafes and restaurants.
The place also has an interesting history and
great hosts. The little place is nicely
decorated and very warm due to the electronic
heating. - Franziska L
